in a wonderful position with an extensive, quiet and relaxing garden
framed by the Tuscan hills.

a 2 bedrooms villa with kitchen and livingroom , 2 bathrooms 1 with jacuzzi
You will be welcomed by the owners Cesare and Joanna who will be more than happy to give you all the information you need for a pleasant stay in Tuscany.
Families with children welcome (baby cots available).
Both apartments have the kitchen available for self catering.
A dining table for your dinner in the warm summer evenings is positioned outside.
Barbecue facilities and a large stone bread oven available for parties.
For self catering , a good supermarket with local specialities is just 2 km from il PS

Prices are for the week saturday to saturday.
apartments available from 4pm .
if you would like to arrive before 4pm, you are welcome to unload your luggage before going for lunch or shopping, for example.
Both properties have a fully fitted kitchen available for self catering and a dining table for your dinner in the warm summer evenings is positioned outside.

For self catering , a good supermarket with local specialities is just 2 km from il PS
plus Anghiari village has lots of traditional shop, backery, butchery, fruits shop, etc etc
all of them of an outstanding quality.
bed linen and bathroom towels are provided but please bring towels for the pool.
please check out of the rooms by 10 am, but you can leave your luggage in a safe room and enjoy some last hours by the pool, if you have a later flight.
out of the summer season sometime if heating is needed, costs are excluded.
the swimmingpool is private property of the family and the use of it by the guests is under their responsability, kids of any age are not admitted to the pool without the supervising of an adult.
the owner are not responsible anyway for any accidents or demage. we suggest you to subscribe a travel insurance before your holiday starts.
