Set in the secluded countryside on the Tuscan/Umbrian border, just
down the hill from Lippiano castle, this tasteful selection of apartments
is perfect for families with young children and groups of families wanting
to holiday together but with their own personal space. It boasts a huge
open swimming pool surrounded by well kept lawns perfect for a kick
about or a game of chase.
The XVI century complex has 4 two bedroom apartments and 1 separate
villette . They are all self catering. Each apartment is independent,
has its own entrance and 2 reserved car park spaces.
The unfenced 8m x 16m swimming pool is set in the extensive communal
gardens. The property is completely fenced off.
The complex has been restored following the traditional Umbrian and
Tuscan architecture and is set in an untouched area on the border between
the two regions. It is 400m from the village of Lippiano where you can
find basic shops and bars.

General condition of sale.
All prices are considered saturday to saturday with arrival after 5.00
pm and leaving within 10.00 am.
closing period: from 08/01/2008 to 31/03/2008 and from05/11/2008 to 24/12/2008.
Small animal welcome.
swimmingpool open from15/05/2008 to01/10/2008. sp size 8 x 16 depth
1,10-2,20.
prices include: use of the swimmingpool, use of mountain bike, car park,
garden, 1 sunshade + 2 sunbed, barbecue, 1 table and 4 chairs, exclusive
apartment, safe, electricity, gas, water and tax.
prices do NOT include : apartment final cleaning that will be charged
at 50,00 euros per apartment.
Heating is not included and if needed in the cold season, it will be charged
at 5,00 euros per m3 - meeter for each apartment.
Baby cot if needed can be provided at 50,00 euros per week.
Laundry is available 1 to share with other apartments. cost is 5 euros
per wash.
Cook or Baby sitter available at 12,00 euros per hour.
A deposit of 150 euros is asked at the begin of the stay. it will be refound
at the departure.
a deposit will be needed to confirm your booking.
the balance to be paid 4 weeks before the arrival.
